This role at National Bank Financial – Wealth Management involves managing the daily administrative operations of a branch to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with policies. Key responsibilities include supporting advisor teams' growth, overseeing financial transactions, managing human resources for over 20 associates, disseminating administrative procedures, performing audit follow-ups, maintaining a quality work environment, managing budgets, and demonstrating leadership to foster a positive branch culture.

What We're Looking For

Oversee and ensure compliant day-to-day branch operations related to financial transactions.,Provide the first line of contact for escalation of client-related operational and logistical matters.,Oversee the HR management of 20+ associates, including performance evaluations and recruitment.,Disseminate administrative procedures and policies to ensure employee understanding and compliance.,Contribute to enhancing processes and improving operations.,Perform rigorous follow-ups as recommended by Internal Audit and Compliance.,Maintain premises and a quality work environment and monitor branch activity related budgets.,Demonstrate leadership that encourages positive morale and culture within the branch.,Build the brand within the community.,Provide administrative support to the Regional Managers on a variety of tasks.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity or 5 years of relevant experience.,Recognized financial expertise (processes, products, applications).,Experience in coaching and staff training.,Experience in personnel management (an asset).,High level of leadership, initiative and autonomy.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and positive attitude skills.
