The Strategic Execution team within the Chief Legal and Administrative Office (CLAO) at RBC is looking for a Junior Project Manager to drive enterprise-level initiatives, particularly those requiring cross-business and cross-functional project delivery. This role focuses on supporting business transformation by ensuring effective project governance and delivering outcomes aligned with RBC's strategic objectives.
Develop key relationships within the Business, Functions, and across RBC segments to execute project deliverables.,Work with stakeholders to develop project schedules, deliverables, and milestones.,Create and maintain project artefacts, meeting materials, reports, and status updates.,Regularly report project progress, milestones, achievements, risks, and issues.,Prepare presentation materials for stakeholders and management.,Maintain project plans and ensure tasks are on track, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks.,Support the team with administrative tasks and data analysis.,Facilitate project execution and knowledge transfer after project completion.
