Join KPMG's diverse team as a ServiceNow Global Elite Partner. This role involves simplifying and automating threat and vulnerability management and response using the ServiceNow platform, specifically implementing SecOps solutions like Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), Security Posture Control (SPC), and Threat Intelligence Security Center (TISC). Responsibilities include supporting business development, building client relationships, leading engagements, designing and delivering consulting and technical methodologies, actively participating in workshops, and supporting the administration of ServiceNow installations.

What We're Looking For

Support client pursuits and business development efforts, including preparing proposals and leading presentations.,Build long-term business relationships with client personnel.,Take accountability for client deliverables by leading engagements and teams.,Build technical and analytical expertise by delivering high-quality results on time and resolving project issues proactively.,Work with senior KPMG leaders to understand, enhance, and integrate service offerings across Operations.,Design and deliver consulting and technical methodologies around the ServiceNow platform.,Actively participate in and sometimes lead workshops to assess current state processes and tools, define ServiceNow requirements, and develop/configure the platform.,Support the team responsible for ServiceNow installation implementation and administration (managing configurations, gathering requirements, developing customizations, performing QA and UAT).,Provide expert-level support and technical mentoring, assisting with proof-of-concept activities and leading practice build efforts.,Develop and Implement SecOps Solutions, Integrate Security Tools, Workflow Automation, Custom Script Development, Security Incident Management, Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence Integration, Compliance and Audit Support, Platform Maintenance and Upgrades, User Training and Support, Collaboration with Security Teams, Data Management and Reporting, Continuous Improvement, Compliance with Security Standards.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field.,4+ years of experience in ServiceNow.,Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and experience delivering ServiceNow implementations.,Experience working in a client-facing role with strong relationship management skills.,Strong attention to detail.,Superior communication skills in English and French (written and verbal).,Ability to communicate with client stakeholders and lead teams in both languages.,Demonstrated ability to develop workshop presentations and process documentation (advanced Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word skills).,Experience with ServiceNow SecOps modules (considered a strong asset).,Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other relevant scripting languages (considered a strong asset).,Understanding of security incident management, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence (considered a strong asset).,Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanners (considered a strong asset).,Experience in integrating security tools with ServiceNow (considered a strong asset).,ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist, or other advanced certifications (considered strong assets).,Excellent communication and presentation skills to simplify complex technical concepts.,Ability to explain concepts in both English and French.
