Description

The Manager - Revenue Enablement will lead a team of enablement professionals to develop and execute strategic training and enablement programs that drive performance, productivity, and revenue growth across organizations such as Account Management, Field Sales, and Inside Sales. This role encompasses team leadership, strategic planning, program and content management, cross-functional collaboration, and performance measurement.

What We're Looking For

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Enablement Managers, overseeing onboarding, performance management, and career development.,Define and execute the overall enablement strategy aligned with business goals, and build and maintain the enablement roadmap.,Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and resource capacity.,Oversee the design and delivery of scalable onboarding and ongoing training programs.,Ensure high-quality, up-to-date enablement content, playbooks, and certifications.,Manage enablement tools (e.g., LMS, CRM-related training) to support effective learning.,Partner with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy.,Serve as the primary liaison between enablement and senior leadership, gathering field feedback to refine programs.,Define and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness and team performance.,Analyze data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.,Report on enablement impact, ROI, and capacity planning to senior leadership, achieving agreed OKRs.,Contribute as part of the wider team to achieve organizational objectives.

Ideal Candidate

5-7 years experience in sales enablement, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role managing enablement professionals.,Experience developing and executing enablement strategies for multiple sales functions (Field Sales, Account Management, Customer Success) in global SaaS companies.,Proven track record of building and scaling enablement programs that drive measurable business results.,Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of learning and enablement programs and their impact on business critical metrics such as revenue growth, quota attainment, and retention rates.,Experience in working with data to extract useful, actionable insights and building data-driven enablement strategies.,Demonstrated success in managing, coaching, and developing enablement professionals.,Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and build high-performing enablement teams.,Deep understanding of sales functions including Field Sales prospecting and deal closure, as well as Account Management retention and expansion strategies.,Strategic thinking with the ability to define enablement vision, processes, and implement best practices at scale.,Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior sales leadership.,Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable enablement strategies.,Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage audiences at all levels of the organization.,Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and team management responsibilities.,Experience with sales methodologies, CRM systems (particularly Salesforce), and modern enablement technologies.,Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across multiple regions and time zones.,Adaptable and entrepreneurial approach to enablement in fast-paced, dynamic environments.,Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
