The primary goal is to drive performance, productivity, and revenue growth across various organizational functions such as Account Management, Field Sales, and Inside Sales. The manager will be responsible for team leadership, enablement strategy, program management, cross-functional collaboration, and performance measurement.

5-7 years experience in sales enablement, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role managing enablement professionals.,Experience developing and executing enablement strategies for multiple sales functions (Field Sales, Account Management, Customer Success) in global SaaS companies.,Proven track record of building and scaling enablement programs that drive measurable business results.,Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of learning and enablement programs and their impact on business critical metrics such as revenue growth, quota attainment, and retention rates.,Experience in working with data to extract useful, actionable insights and building data-driven enablement strategies.,Demonstrated success in managing, coaching, and developing enablement professionals.
