Description

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment, ensuring compliance with safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems. This role involves diagnosing equipment problems, disassembling machinery for repairs, and maintaining various industrial systems such as hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveying systems, as well as supporting industrial, refrigeration, boiler, and utility operations.

What We're Looking For

Analyze test results, machine error messages, and information from operators to diagnose equipment problems.,Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs.,Troubleshoot, install, repair and maintain the operating condition of industrial production and processing machinery and equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motors, gearboxes, VFD/HMI/Servo control devices, conveying systems, industrial printers, valves, photo eyes, switches, heat exchangers, level controls.,Operate and support industrial, refrigeration, boiler and utility operations.,Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters and other testing devices.

Ideal Candidate

High School Diploma, or equivalent,Industrial ammonia refrigeration, high pressure boiler and utility experience.,1-2 year(s) prior industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing environment required.,Ability to utilize computer-based maintenance planning/PM ERP platforms.,Ability to trouble-shoot electrical, hydraulic systems and pneumatic equipment.
