Maintenance Mechanic

Diagnose malfunctions in machinery and equipment.,Repair/rebuild various plant and process equipment including pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves, and other related equipment.,Repair/rebuilds/replaces hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and understands flow controls.,Understand and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (Nomenclature, input, output, etc.).,Repair/replace instrumentation including level sensors, RTD’s, chart recorders, prox sensors, and photo eyes.,Values that align with the Saputo culture.,Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and adequate math skills.,Ability to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.,Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
