Maintenance Mechanic

Analyze test results, machine error messages, and operator information to diagnose equipment problems.,Clean, lubricate, and adjust machinery and parts.,Disassemble machinery to remove parts and perform repairs.,Inspect parts for defects such as breakage or excessive wear.,Observe and test machinery operation to diagnose malfunctions using testing devices like voltmeters.,Operate repaired machinery to verify the adequacy of repairs.,Reassemble equipment after inspections, testing, or repairs.,Troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain industrial production and processing machinery, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motors, gearboxes, VFD/HMI/Servo control devices, conveying systems, industrial printers, valves, photo eyes, switches, heat exchangers, and level controls.,Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components.,Refer to blueprints and manufacturer manuals for proper installation and operation.,Operate and support industrial, refrigeration, boiler, and utility operations.,Cut and weld metal for repairs, part fabrication, and new equipment assembly.

Experience in industrial ammonia refrigeration, high-pressure boiler, and utility operations.,Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.,Strong electrical background combined with mechanical skills.,Experience with computerized or automated controls and the ability to read electrical schematics is a plus.

Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as business requires.
