The Loan Servicing Analyst will be part of the Lending Services team within BCS, providing end-to-end service support for Capital Markets and BFS business partners regarding lending products and administrative agent responsibilities. The role involves day-to-day administration of assigned Borrower Names and their related credit facilities, loan drawings, and fee and interest payments. The incumbent will process transactions, reconcile interest and fee transactions, investigate breaks, and identify process gaps to provide recommendations.
Process transactions in Advanced Commercial Banking System (ACBS) for advances, rollovers, conversions, repayments, or loan trading settlement instructions.,Process/reconcile interest and fee transactions in ACBS.,Input or verify information in payment systems for payments not processed through ACBS.,Act as a backup to other Analysts across Lending Services.,Investigate breaks on various control reports/internal accounts daily.,Complete assigned courses on Workday.,Identify any gaps in processes and provide detailed recommendations to the Manager for consideration; assist with the implementation of process changes.
