Description
Moderna is seeking a Legal Business Partner to join its global Legal team in Warsaw, Poland. This role involves providing legal and operational support with a global scope, partnering with senior lawyers and business stakeholders in Technical Operations (CMC) and International Commercial functions. The successful candidate will support contracting, material reviews, negotiations, and digital transformation initiatives, with opportunities to leverage generative AI tools to optimize legal operations in a fast-paced biotech environment. The position is based in Moderna’s Enterprise Solutions Hub in Warsaw, contributing to global health initiatives through mRNA technology.
What We're Looking For
Support senior lawyers and global cross-functional partners on diverse Technical Operations (CMC) and Commercial legal matters.,Serve as a legal escalation point for Procurement Operations on contracts and facilitate third-party negotiations.,Review promotional and non-promotional materials for regulatory and legal alignment.,Collaborate with Legal Operations to improve contracting systems, templates, playbooks, and the use of GPTs.,Contribute to and enhance legal training materials and document evolving legal workflows.,Build a strong foundational understanding of Moderna's mRNA platform.,Engage in broader Legal Operations initiatives, including ESG and compliance projects.,Embrace opportunities in legal innovation, especially AI-enabled solutions and process optimization.,Support cross-functional integration and alignment across Moderna's global legal function.,Identify areas for digitizing and enhancing legal systems or processes.
Ideal Candidate
University law degree required.
