Description

This role at KPMG involves supporting learning and development initiatives. The coordinator collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver learning solutions, provides administrative assistance for various learning projects, and manages project execution from planning through to completion, including budget oversight and fostering client relationships.

What We're Looking For

Provide administrative support for learning projects/programs.,Consult and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define learning objectives and requirements.,Ensure timely delivery of quality learning solutions that meet objectives.,Assist with all project planning activities, including scope, work activity definition, sequencing, duration estimation, schedule development, resource planning, risk identification, and cost estimation.,Effectively manage multiple parallel tasks and projects.,Support day-to-day project activities and participate in meetings.,Follow up with project team members to ensure key milestones are met.,Maintain necessary project documentation and records.,Proactively resolve project issues and escalate them as appropriate.,Analyze post-course survey results.,Assist with managing project budgets by reviewing invoices and providing updates.,Work with external service providers and manage material translation if applicable.

Ideal Candidate

Post Secondary Education in learning or an Adult Education Certificate.,2-3 years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar role.,Intermediate/advanced technical skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
