The Learning Administrator at KPMG provides essential administrative support for various learning programs and projects within the KPMG Business School Audit team. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to enter Learning and Development and who thrive in fast-paced environments. It is an 18-month contract opportunity.
Act as a primary contact for internal employee inquiries regarding training information, monitoring mailboxes and escalating as needed.,Coordinate and organize meetings (conference calls, video conferences, in-person), including sending invitations, preparing materials, and taking minutes.,Reformat documents (correspondence, course materials) using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,Proofread and quality control KBS documents, ensuring adherence to KPMG editorial standards.,Code and process invoices for payment.,Follow-through on assigned action items, keeping team members informed.,Produce reports in Excel using functions, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables.,Proactively share key administrative information and suggest process improvements.,Coordinate set up and delivery of virtual classroom sessions.,Assist with special projects.,Request and follow up on translation quotations and documents.,Arrange for the production and delivery of course materials.,Support program management, including evaluation and testing.,Provide miscellaneous project support (liaising with local office support, GLMS, Finance, vendors).
1-3 years' business experience in a client services environment,Experience preferably in a large or complex firm in an administrative capacity or supporting an HR function,Previous coordination or project support
As required by business needs, including working beyond normal hours during peak times
Must be willing to work beyond normal work day or work week to fulfill accountabilities when business needs arise,May be tasked to support onsite classes when applicable
