Define and execute the product roadmap for the Internal Developer Platform, aligning with organizational goals and developer needs.,Lead the design and implementation of advanced CI/CD pipelines to enhance developer productivity and streamline software delivery.,Drive the integration of agentic AI capabilities into the platform to enable intelligent automation and decision-making.,Establish and enforce platform standards, governance, and controls to ensure security, scalability, and compliance.,Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of platform infrastructure, adapting to evolving client requirements.,Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, particularly in Extreme Programming practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.,Actively participate in sprint planning meetings to discuss requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of features.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, effectively communicate the product vision, and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining developer platforms or related infrastructure.,Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, agentic AI, and platform governance.,Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software engineering and infrastructure development.,Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior engineers, particularly in Extreme Programming practices.,Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and align diverse stakeholders.,Creative thinker with a visionary mindset, capable of anticipating future needs and driving innovation.,Experience in agile methodologies and sprint planning (Nice to Have).,Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues (Nice to Have).,Ability to balance technical depth with strategic thinking to deliver impactful results (Nice to Have).
