Partner with Engineering Directors, Product Owners, and executive stakeholders to define program strategies and initiatives.,Develop and maintain a roadmap feedback loop to communicate health, risk, and progress to the broader organization.,Help scale operations to support the broader Metaverse vision.,Potentially manage producers directly, or operate individually while influencing other teams.,Balance 50% high-level strategic operation with 50% detailed technical work management.,Deep experience working with engineers and on technical projects.,Ability to drive high-level goals and vision while also understanding technical details.,Experience managing program outcomes and validating underlying plans.,Understanding of how complex systems work, their functions, and rationale.,Strong organizational skills for unstructured work and managing multiple competing needs.,Experience with devops, game engines, platforms, and tools.,Deep experience managing large team roadmaps and aligning teams towards common goals.,Experience in managing and growing team organizations to meet demand.,Proven ability to work effectively with strong personalities to achieve desired results.
