Partner with Engineering Directors, Product Owners, and executive stakeholders to define program strategies and initiatives.,Develop a roadmap feedback cycle, addressing health, risks, and progress, and consolidate this information for the organization.,Assist in scaling operations to support the broader metaverse vision.,Directly manage producers or operate individually, influencing other teams' work and execution.,Perform 50% high-level strategic work and 50% detailed technical management.,Possess solid experience working with engineers on technical projects.,Be capable of driving high-level goals and vision, while also delving into technical details.,Have experience in managing program outcomes and sufficient knowledge to validate the consistency of the underlying plan.,Understand how complex systems function, what they do, and why, demonstrating curiosity.,Exhibit a strong ability to organize unstructured work and manage multiple competing demands.,Have robust experience in managing large team roadmaps, mobilizing teams around common objectives.,Possess experience in managing and growing organizational structures to scale with demand.,Have experience working with strong personalities while achieving desired results.
