Partner with Engineering Directors, Product Owners, and executive stakeholders to define program strategies and initiatives.,Develop a roadmap feedback loop to communicate program health, risk, and progress to the broader organization.,Help scale operations to support the broader Metaverse vision.,May directly manage producers or operate individually, influencing other teams' work and methods.,Operate with a 50% focus on high-level strategy and a 50% focus on managing technical details.

Deep experience working with engineers and on technical projects.,Ability to drive high-level goals/vision while also delving into technical details.,Experience managing program outcomes and confirming the validity of underlying plans.,Understanding of how complex systems work, their functions, and their rationale.,Strong skills in organizing unstructured work and managing multiple competing needs.,Experience with devops, game engines, platforms, and tools is highly desired.,Deep experience managing large team roadmaps and unifying individual teams around common goals.,Experience in managing/growing team organizations to scale for demand.,Experienced working with strong personalities while achieving desired results.,Experience in game or engine development or hardware frameworks, and direct work with engineers and their developed systems.
