Lead Technical Producer

Partner with Programming Directors, Product Owners, and executive stakeholders to define program strategies and initiatives.,Develop a roadmap feedback loop to communicate health, risk, and progress to the broader organization.,Help scale operations to support the broader Metaverse vision.,Potentially manage other producers or operate individually, influencing other teams.,Operate 50% at a high level and 50% in the details managing technical work.,Deep experience working with programmers and on technical projects.,Ability to drive high-level goals/vision and also dig into technical details.,Experience managing outcomes for programs and confirming the validity of underlying plans.,Understanding of how complex systems work, what they do, and why.,Strong skills in organizing unstructured work and managing multiple competing needs.,Experience with devops, game engines, platforms, and tools is highly desired.,Deep experience managing large team roadmaps and rallying individual teams around common goals.,Experience in managing/growing team organizations to scale for demand.,Experienced working with strong personalities and achieving desired results.
