The Lead Researcher at RBCx will drive research engagements, manage stakeholder relationships, and enhance user experiences. This role involves designing research approaches, guiding teams through complex problems, and influencing strategic decisions, blending research, strategy, and storytelling to connect business goals with solutions. The position focuses on primary and secondary research, workshops, client advisory, and administrative tasks.
Lead mixed methods research, including qualitative and quantitative studies (ethnographic, concept, usability testing, surveys).
Build research programs and influence strategic decisions.
Lead strategic ideation and opportunity discovery with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Facilitate workshops for product visioning, ideation, and co-creative activities.
Manage research operations, logistics, and administrative tasks.
Work with cross-functional teams to align on solutions.
Extensive experience with stakeholder management, presentations, and direct client interaction.
6-8 years of research experience.
Deep expertise in conducting qualitative and quantitative research to uncover human insights and solve business challenges.
Experience synthesizing research results into strategies and tactics.
