The role involves leading development, ensuring code quality, and working with cross-functional teams to design and maintain robust solutions using best practices in software engineering and DevOps. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, focused on quality, and capable of hands-on execution.
What We're Looking For
Contribute to technical design, development, and enhancement of applications.,Lead a team of software developers to ensure completion of DCUT activities within time and budget.,Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and responsiveness of applications.,Actively participate in scrums, stand-ups, and working sessions with IT and business stakeholders.,Ensure operating efficiency of existing systems.,Maintain up-to-date documentation of technical decisions, design, and unit testing.,Work with different internal teams (BSA/BA/QE) for software feature delivery, support, and bug fixes.,Stay current with the latest platform capabilities, security, performance, and reusability.,Establish strong working relationships across business units and platforms.
