Junior HR Business Partner

Description

This role at Saputo Dairy UK focuses on providing operational HR support to the Nuneaton site, assisting the Senior HR Business Partner with people plans and daily HR guidance. It's an opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to step into an HRBP role within a manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include supporting recruitment, managing employee relations, engaging with unions, ensuring policy adherence, and contributing to audits, often requiring out-of-hours and weekend presence.

What We're Looking For

Work with Senior HRBP to deliver site people plan and operational HR priorities.,Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance, escalating issues as needed.,Support central HR teams with recruitment, onboarding, learning, performance, and people data.,Offer regular out-of-hours and weekend HR support for site continuity.,Engage with unions and employee representatives as directed.,Support and lead employee relations activities and case management.,Consistently apply HR policies and help managers with people matters.,Contribute to internal and external audits, ensuring accurate documentation.

Ideal Candidate

Well-established HR advisor experience.,CIPD Level 5 qualification.,Strong judgment, decision-making, and risk management skills.,Ability to operate as a trusted professional with senior stakeholders.,Experience within a manufacturing, operational, or FMCG environment (ideal).,Prior ER knowledge (beneficial).

Work Hours

37 hours/week, including most weekends and late hours for night shift presence
