IT Project Co-ordinator

Support Project Managers throughout all project management lifecycle phases.,Develop, manage and control schedules by updating, making mitigation decisions, and escalating as appropriate to the Project Manager.,Track progress and make recommendations on response plans for risks, resolution plans for issues, and results on action items and make decisions on required escalations.,Track and reconcile financials, ensure resolution of anomalies, update and reconcile latest estimates, ensure actuals to plan, and make escalating recommendations as appropriate.

1-2 years of experience managing all facets of a project as an IT Project Coordinator.,Hands-on experience creating project artifacts and supporting Project Managers during the project management lifecycle.,Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.,Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and enterprise development concepts.

Must be legally eligible to work at the specified location(s) and, where applicable, must have a valid work or study permit.,May require completion of an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests (such as simulation, coding, French proficiency).
