The IT Manager Development will lead requirements management for projects, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of requirements aligned with business and enterprise strategies. This role involves applying advanced knowledge of business technology delivery practices, system analysis, and project management, while also acting as a subject matter expert and mentor to the team. Responsibilities include examining business procedures, determining operational objectives, monitoring project progress, and ensuring full requirements traceability.
Lead requirements management on projects based on complexity, size, and budget.
Plan, manage, lead, and oversee the end-to-end delivery of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Apply advanced to expert knowledge of business technology delivery practices and standards (design, development, testing, project management).
Apply advanced to expert knowledge of system analysis processes, techniques, components, functionality, interfaces, data flows, and business rules.
Work independently as a senior or lead system analyst and coach/guide the team.
Act as a subject matter expert and consultant.
Examine current and new business procedures.
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements.
Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing reports, and recommending actions.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.
Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Establish and maintain full requirements traceability.
Work with the business to prioritize requirements and scope changes.
Translate business requirements into JIRA stories for the POD.
Take ownership and communicate progress on work packages, escalating issues as appropriate.
