Description

This role involves leading the end-to-end delivery of requirements for projects, ensuring alignment with business and enterprise strategies. The manager will apply advanced knowledge of business technology delivery practices, system analysis, and project management. Key responsibilities include examining business procedures, determining operational objectives, monitoring project progress, and establishing requirements traceability.

What We're Looking For

Lead requirements management on project(s) based on complexity, size and budget.,Plan, manage, lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project.,Apply advanced to expert knowledge of business technology delivery practices and standards, including design, development, testing and project management.,Possess advanced to expert knowledge of system analysis process and techniques, system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows and business rules.,Work independently as the senior or lead system analyst and coach or guide team.,Act as a subject matter expert and consultant.,Examine current and new business procedures.,Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.,Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, recommending actions.,Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.,Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.,Establish and maintain full requirements traceability and work with the business to prioritize requirements and scope changes.,Capable of translating business requirements into JIRA stories for the POD.,Take ownership and communicate progress on work packages, including requirements management, in a concise and timely manner, escalating issues where appropriate.,Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.,7+ years relevant experience.
