IT Client Integration Specialist

Description

This role at Intelcom | Dragonfly focuses on facilitating seamless technical integrations for clients globally. The specialist will consult with clients and internal teams, design scalable integration solutions, automate workflows, troubleshoot issues, and document technical specifications. The position requires understanding diverse international logistics environments and leveraging technology, including AI tools, to enhance delivery operations.

What We're Looking For

Support Sales and internal teams during client engagements, providing clear technical guidance.

Understand and translate integration needs across diverse countries, regulations, and last-mile logistics environments.

Guide clients through onboarding and ensure ongoing post-integration success.

Design secure, scalable, market-specific integration solutions.

Propose and implement innovations that enhance global last-mile delivery operations, leveraging AI tools.

Identify opportunities to automate integration workflows and reduce manual effort.

Lead adoption of tools and technologies that accelerate onboarding and improve operational efficiency.

Diagnose and resolve integration issues quickly, coordinating with internal teams.

Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, technical specifications, risks, and integration plans.

Act as the primary technical point of contact across pre-sales, integration, and support stages.

Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Prepare technical materials for Sales and provide training to strengthen their understanding of integration processes.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in IT system integration, preferably in a client-facing role within the logistics or transportation industry.

Strong understanding of integration methodologies and IT systems (e.g., APIs, EDI, databases, cloud services, software platforms).

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience working with clients from various global markets, understanding their unique needs and challenges.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.

Experience with automation tools or platforms, specifically in the context of client integration processes.

Familiarity with CRM and integration tools (Salesforce, MD365, Zapier, etc.) (Preferred).

Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc.), in particular S3 (Preferred).

Understanding of JSON, XML and SFTP protocols (Preferred).

Strong experience in SQL, primarily in writing validation queries (Preferred).

Prior experience working in a SaaS or cloud-based environment, particularly in logistics or transportation (Preferred).

Knowledge of network infrastructure and security best practices (Nice-to-have).

Knowledge of the last-mile logistics industry, including international operations and regulatory requirements (Preferred).
