IT Applications Analyst

Provide functional and technical support for business applications.,Develop, enhance, and maintain business processes within finance, utilizing O2C and P2P experience.,Work independently and lead support requirements and projects.,Manage relationships with consultancy partners to ensure applications meet business requirements and are efficient.,Ensure knowledge sharing across the team and leverage best practices.,Be willing and able to learn new bolt-on services and applications.,Engage with stakeholders in update/enhancement projects (workshops, requirement gathering, process documentation, configuration, UAT, release).,Develop plans for system upgrades aligned with IT strategy.,Take ownership of incidents and requests, resolving them within SLA.,Drive supplier management for service delivery, contract management, service reviews, and billing.,Ensure users have appropriate access.,Develop and test arrangements for critical IT systems availability post-disaster.,Identify and drive improvements to reduce incidents.,Design, document, and communicate system standards, approving exceptions.

Technically and functionally experienced with enterprise applications (demonstrable experience with O2C and P2P processes).,Experience delivering relevant support to end-users and involvement in upgrade, enhancement, or implementation projects.,Experience working with application bolt-on solutions.,Experience working with vendors during projects and for operational service delivery.,Able to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.

Occasional travel to sites, full UK driver's license required.
