This opportunity is within a specialist provider of asset services, custody, payments, and treasury services, supporting 10 countries across three time zones with a 24/5 operational capability. The role focuses on enhancing global operations' scalability, improving service quality, and implementing standardized processes in Malaysia. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Business & Product Development for Investment Solutions and Products in Asia.

What We're Looking For

Report to Head of Business & Product Development for Investment Solutions and Products in driving business development and management in Asia,Improve and track policies and manuals related to the Investments and Products organization,Ensure relevant compliance directives/policies, KYC, due diligence, AML, and cross-border activities are abided,Provide administrative support for Content distribution via 3rd party tool,Organization, tracking, maintenance of a library of product factsheets, pitchbooks, disclaimers, vendor contracts, invoices,Maintain and develop the PFS intranet website,Act as a liaison to various functional teams in product-related matters (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Information Systems, Legal, Compliance, etc.),Assist with the implementation of new products and enhancements to existing products; Implementation includes systems, marketing, legal, compliance, and communication strategies,Help further improve a robust and efficient operating Investments and Products platform,Provide administrative support for projects and provide project status updates,Involve in ad-hoc projects and take initiatives for improving the organization,Oversee in-house tool requirements from internal stakeholders, coordination with developers, and support end-to-end testing,Liaison with Business Transformation Team and IT team for core banking systems' requirement and testing coordination,At least 5-8 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably with relevant experience in a Wealth Management environment,Strong investment presentation skills,Ability to work on unstructured tasks and balance multiple projects,Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel Spreadsheet,Ability to adapt to changing technology,Ability to interpret and transpose ideas into actions

Degree holder,At least 5-8 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably with relevant experience in a Wealth Management environment
