Description

The Investments Operations Analyst at National Bank plays an expert role in handling client and partner requests within the Investment Operations team. This involves mastering processes and tools, analyzing and interpreting data for administrative tasks, achieving productivity and quality objectives, and proactively supporting colleagues. The analyst is also expected to identify process improvements, align with organizational priorities, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Ideal Candidate

3-year college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.,Experience in customer service and/or administrative activities (ideally in a financial environment).,Ease of use with Microsoft softwares.,Knowledge of banking systems, such as OSS-T80, Filenet, GDI, Accurate (an asset).
