Investment Banking, Associate (Madrid)
Description
The Associate in Madrid will support the marketing and execution of financial advisory services including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), debt, and equity. This role involves assisting in deal execution, preparing marketing materials, gathering public information, creating and maintaining financial models (DCF, valuation), drafting marketing documents, and general research.
What We're Looking For
Assist in the execution of mandated deals.,Prepare marketing pitchbooks and related materials.,Gather public information from various sources.,Create financial model analyses and discounted cash flow models for valuation.,Build company forecast models.,Draft marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums.,Produce and maintain various databases.,Conduct general research.
Ideal Candidate
University degree or equivalent.,Investment banking experience or equivalent.,Demonstrable Investment Banking transaction experience.,Comprehensive understanding of typically used valuation approaches.
