Investment Associate

Description

The Investment Associate will join a growing team within Wealth Management, leveraging analytical and communication skills along with industry knowledge to help clients achieve their financial goals and plan for the future. This role involves close collaboration with Financial Advisors to expand their business, educate clients on products and services, monitor client accounts, communicate investment strategies, and gather information for wealth planning. The position also focuses on career growth through provided training, development, and learning resources.

What We're Looking For

Gather client suitability information, open new accounts, and assist with asset gathering.

Facilitate the transfer of funds and securities, and the issuance of checks, wire transfers, and ACH disbursements.

Process investment advisory agreements and monitor account surveillance on the AdvisoryLink platform.

Identify business development opportunities to increase revenue, enhance client relationships, and streamline daily processes.

Provide a high level of service to clients by anticipating needs and efficiently completing requests.

Research and communicate investment strategies and recommendations to clients (at FA's request).

Research complex problems in clients' accounts with assistance from business partners and deliver effective resolutions.

Ideal Candidate

3+ years of Registered Client Associate experience or related industry experience.

Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses.

Advanced understanding of the stock market, investments, and retirement plans.

Working knowledge of fixed income products, equities, mutual funds, insurance, annuities, and applicable compliance rules and regulations.

Computer proficiency.

Strong customer service skills.

Ability to continually maintain and build relationships.

Detail-oriented.

Outstanding written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to navigate multiple demands in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Salesforce experience (nice-to-have).

Knowledge of Money Guide Pro planning software (nice-to-have).
