Description

RBC Dominion Securities is seeking an Investment Associate to join a portfolio management team that provides wealth management services to sophisticated clients. The role involves dedicated support for investment and money management activities.

What We're Looking For

Execute trades and rebalance portfolios, ensuring proper settlement and delivery.

Provide proactive client service, focusing on problem resolution and responding to inquiries (account transactions, tax receipts, account reporting).

Liaise with various departments for execution.

Assist the advisory team with client onboarding and manage incoming communications.

Maintain existing client accounts, manage timelines and key dates, and ensure accurate, timely updates of documentation in compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE)

Post-secondary degree in finance or a related area of study

Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience within the investment industry

Bilingualism (English and French)

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Ideal Candidate

Post-secondary degree in finance or a related area of study

Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE)

Level I (or any higher level) of the CFA Program administered by the CFA Institute (Nice-to-have)
