This role involves working as an Investment Analyst within National Bank Financial – Wealth Management, specifically with the Brunet Gilbert Paquet Financial Group team. The analyst will use their analytical skills and passion for finance to strategically manage client investments and contribute value to the organization.
Analyze and track individual stocks, exchange-traded funds, investment funds and other securities that may be included in investment portfolios.
Create and regularly update model portfolios.
Track portfolio performance and produce financial reports.
Stay up to date on the latest economic news.
Help managers prepare recommendations for new clients.
Contribute actively to the preparation of bi-monthly investment committee meetings.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
Three years of experience in the securities industry.
Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course and the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course.
CFA and/or CIM designation (asset).
Knowledge of Croesus 8+ (asset).
