Description

As an Investment Advisor at RBC Dominion Securities, the successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients achieve their financial goals. This role involves leveraging RBC's brand and resources to build and manage a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. The advisor will provide strong planning and financial advice, create customized portfolios, and foster long-term client relationships, including collaborating with RBC partners for comprehensive financial support. The role emphasizes autonomy and client-centric problem-solving.

Ideal Candidate

4-6 years of outbound sales experience.,Comfortable earning 100% commission.,Completion of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) or prior to start date.,Completion of the Retail Securities Exam (RSE) or prior to start date.,Passion for financial planning.,Keen interest in portfolio management.,Strong relationship building skills and ability to connect with all types of individuals.,Nice to have: Experience in a direct marketing role, financial services, and demonstrated success in high-value sales and business development.,Nice to have: Completed the Certified Financial Planner (CFP).,Nice to have: Completed the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM).,Nice to have: Completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
