As an Investment Advisor at RBC Dominion Securities, you will empower clients to achieve their financial aspirations by building and managing their wealth. The role involves leveraging RBC's brand and resources to establish a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, providing customized portfolios and wealth plans, fostering long-term relationships, and collaborating with RBC partners to offer comprehensive financial support. This position offers autonomy to build and run your own business within RBC's framework, with significant earning potential through commissions and fees.

What We're Looking For

Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent people and problem-solving skills.,Be a self-starter with a drive to help clients reach life goals through financial planning and advice.,Utilize RBC Dominion Securities' reputation to attract and manage high-net-worth clients' financial needs.,Leverage RBC's investment and wealth management resources for customized client portfolios and plans.,Cultivate trusted, often multi-generational, long-term relationships.,Establish reciprocal relationships with RBC partners (e.g., Personal & Commercial Banking, Insurance).,4-6 years of outbound sales experience.,Comfortable with 100% commission-based earning.,Completion of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) and Retail Securities Exam (RSE) prior to start date.,Passion for financial planning and keen interest in portfolio management.,Strong relationship building skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals.

Ideal Candidate

4-6 years of outbound sales experience.,Completion of Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE).,Completion of Retail Securities Exam (RSE).,Passion for financial planning and keen interest in portfolio management.,Strong relationship building skills.,Ability to connect with all types of individuals.,Nice to have: Experience in direct marketing, financial services, and success in high-value sales/business development.,Nice to have: Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.,Nice to have: Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation.,Nice to have: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
