Description

As an Investment Advisor at RBC Dominion Securities, you will have the opportunity to build and grow your own client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. This role involves providing comprehensive financial advice, creating customized portfolios and wealth plans, and fostering long-term client relationships. You will leverage RBC's extensive resources and brand reputation to help clients achieve their financial goals.

What We're Looking For

Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent people and problem-solving skills.,Be a self-starter, driven to provide meaningful financial advice.,Build a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.,Manage complex financial needs of clients.,Leverage RBC's investment and wealth management resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans.,Foster trusted, often multi-generational, long-term relationships.,Establish and maintain reciprocal relationships with RBC partners (e.g., Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance).,4-6 years of outbound sales experience.,Comfortable earning 100% commission.,Passion for financial planning and keen interest in portfolio management.,Strong relationship building skills and ability to connect with all types of individuals.

Ideal Candidate

Completed the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) and the Retail Securities Exam (RSE) or will complete prior to start date.,Nice to have: Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
