Description

As an Investment Advisor at RBC Dominion Securities, you will empower clients to achieve their financial goals. This role offers the opportunity to build your own business with the support and resources of RBC. You will leverage RBC's brand and wealth management resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. The position emphasizes fostering trusted, long-term client relationships and collaborating with RBC partners to ensure comprehensive financial support.

What We're Looking For

Develop and maintain strong client relationships using excellent people and problem-solving skills.,Be a self-starter with a drive to help clients achieve life goals through planning and financial advice.,Utilize RBC Dominion Securities' reputation to attract high-net-worth clients.,Leverage RBC's extensive investment and wealth management resources to create customized financial solutions.,Cultivate multi-generational relationships through personalized service.,Establish reciprocal relationships with RBC partners (e.g., Personal & Commercial Banking, Insurance).

Ideal Candidate

4-6 years of outbound sales experience.,Comfortable earning 100% commission.,Completed the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) and the Retail Securities Exam (RSE) or will complete prior to start date.,Passion for financial planning and keen interest in portfolio management.,Strong relationship building skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals.,Nice to have: Experience in direct marketing, financial services, and proven success in high-value sales/business development.,Nice to have: Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
