RBC Dominion Securities is seeking an Investment Advisor to help clients achieve their financial goals. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, providing strong planning and financial advice, and leveraging RBC's extensive resources to create customized portfolios. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent people and problem-solving skills, driven to do meaningful work.

What We're Looking For

Build a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners and manage their complex financial needs.,Leverage RBC’s investment and wealth management resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans.,Foster trusted, multi-generational, long-term relationships using personalized service and advice.,Establish and maintain reciprocal relationships with RBC partners such as Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance.,4-6 years of outbound sales experience.,Comfortable earning 100% commission.,Completed the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) and the Retail Securities Exam (RSE), or will prior to start date.,Passion for financial planning and a keen interest in portfolio management.,Strong relationship building skills and an ability to connect with all types of individuals.

Ideal Candidate

Experience in a direct marketing role, financial services, and demonstrated success in high-value sales and business development (nice to have).,Certified Financial Planner (CFP) (nice to have).,Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) (nice to have).,Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) (nice to have).
