Description

As an Investment Advisor at RBC Dominion Securities, you will help clients achieve their financial goals. This role offers the opportunity to build and grow your own business with the support and resources of RBC. You will leverage RBC's brand and investment resources to build a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, managing their complex financial needs and creating customized portfolios and wealth plans. The role involves fostering long-term relationships and collaborating with RBC partners to ensure comprehensive client support.

What We're Looking For

Build and maintain client relationships using excellent people and problem-solving skills,Be a self-starter, driven to help people reach life goals through strong planning and financial advice,Build a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners,Manage complex financial needs and create customized portfolios and wealth plans,Foster trusted, multi-generational, long-term relationships with personalized service and advice,Establish and maintain reciprocal relationships with RBC partners (e.g., Personal & Commercial Banking, Insurance)

Ideal Candidate

4-6 years of outbound sales experience,Comfortable earning 100% commission,Completed the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) or will prior to start date,Completed the Retail Securities Exam (RSE) or will prior to start date,Passion for financial planning and keen interest in portfolio management,Strong relationship building skills and ability to connect with all types of individuals,Nice to have: Experience in a direct marketing role, financial services, and shown success in high value sales and business development,Nice to have: Completed Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
