Description

As an Investment Advisor at RBC Dominion Securities, you will assist clients in achieving their financial objectives. This role offers the opportunity to build and grow your own business supported by RBC's resources, training, and reputation. You will focus on developing strong client relationships, providing financial advice, and managing customized portfolios for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. The position emphasizes leveraging RBC's extensive wealth management resources and fostering long-term relationships.

What We're Looking For

Build and maintain client relationships using excellent people and problem-solving skills.,Be a self-starter with a drive to help people achieve life goals through financial planning and advice.,Build a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners leveraging RBC Dominion Securities' brand.,Manage complex financial needs and create customized portfolios and wealth plans.,Foster trusted, often multi-generational, long-term relationships through personalized service.,Establish and maintain reciprocal relationships with RBC partners (e.g., Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance).,4-6 years of outbound sales experience and comfort with 100% commission-based earnings.

Ideal Candidate

Completed the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) and the Retail Securities Exam (RSE), or will complete prior to start date.,Passion for financial planning and keen interest in portfolio management.,Strong relationship building skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals.,Nice to have: Experience in direct marketing, financial services, and proven success in high-value sales and business development.,Nice to have: Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
