Description

As an Investment Advisor at RBC Dominion Securities, you will assist clients in achieving their financial objectives by building and maintaining strong relationships. This role offers the opportunity to develop your own business with the support and resources of RBC, focusing on building a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. You will manage complex financial needs, create customized investment portfolios, and foster long-term, multi-generational relationships, while also collaborating with RBC partners.

What We're Looking For

Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent people and problem-solving skills.,Be a self-starter with a drive to provide meaningful financial planning and advice.,Leverage RBC Dominion Securities' brand to build and manage a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.,Utilize RBC's investment and wealth management resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans.,Foster trusted, long-term relationships with personalized service.,Establish and maintain reciprocal relationships with RBC partners (e.g., Personal & Commercial Banking, Insurance).

Ideal Candidate

4-6 years of outbound sales experience,Comfortable earning 100% commission,Completed the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) and the Retail Securities Exam (RSE) or will complete prior to start date,Passion for financial planning and keen interest in portfolio management,Strong relationship building skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals,Nice to have: Experience in direct marketing, financial services, and proven success in high-value sales and business development,Nice to have: Completed Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
