Description

RBC Dominion Securities is seeking an Investment Advisor to help clients achieve their financial goals. This role involves building a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, managing their complex financial needs, and creating customized portfolios and wealth plans by leveraging RBC's extensive investment and wealth management resources. The advisor will foster long-term relationships and collaborate with RBC partners to provide comprehensive financial support.

What We're Looking For

Excellent people and problem-solving skills to build and maintain client relationships,Self-starter, driven to provide meaningful financial advice and planning,Ability to build a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners,Ability to manage complex financial needs,Ability to create customized portfolios and wealth plans,Ability to foster trusted, multi-generational, long-term relationships,Ability to establish and maintain reciprocal relationships with RBC partners,4-6 years of outbound sales experience,Comfortable earning 100% commission,Completed the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) and the Retail Securities Exam (RSE) or will prior to start date,Passion for financial planning and a keen interest in portfolio management,Strong relationship building skills and ability to connect with all types of individuals
