RBC Dominion Securities is seeking an Investment Advisor to build and manage long-term client relationships, focusing on high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and foundations. The role involves leveraging investment strategies to create customized wealth management and investment services, fostering multi-generational relationships, and collaborating with RBC partners to meet complex financial needs. The position offers the opportunity to run your own business with the backing of RBC's reputation.

What We're Looking For

Establish a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and foundations,Manage complex financial needs of clients,Leverage investment strategy to create customized wealth management and investment services,Foster trusted, often multi-generational, long-term relationships,Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with RBC partners (e.g., Personal & Commercial Banking, Insurance),4-6 years of outbound sales experience,Comfortable earning 100% commission,Completed the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) or will complete prior to start date,Self-motivated, with integrity and empathy,Commitment to a career as an Investment Advisor,Recognize the value of hard work and investment of time to build a successful business,Bilingualism (English and French) required

Ideal Candidate

Experience in financial services or a direct marketing role (Nice-to-have),Demonstrated success in high-value sales and business development, regardless of industry/discipline (Nice-to-have),Financial planner diploma granted by the Institute of Financial Planning (Nice-to-have),Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation (Nice-to-have)
