Description

RBC Dominion Securities is seeking an Investment Advisor to build and manage long-term client relationships. The role involves establishing a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and foundations, managing their complex financial needs, and creating customized wealth management and investment services. The advisor will foster trusted, multi-generational relationships and maintain beneficial relationships with RBC partners.

What We're Looking For

Establish and manage a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and foundations.

Leverage investment strategy to create customized wealth management and investment services.

Foster trusted, multi-generational, long-term relationships through personalized service and advice.

Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with RBC partners (e.g., Personal & Commercial Banking, Insurance).

Passion and open-mindedness.

4-6 years of outbound sales experience.

Comfortable earning 100% commission.

Completion of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) or prior to start date.

Self-motivated, with integrity and empathy.

Commitment to a career as an Investment Advisor.

Recognition of the value of hard work and investment of time to build a successful business.

Bilingualism (English and French) required.

Ideal Candidate

Completion of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) or prior to start date.

4-6 years of outbound sales experience.

Bilingualism (English and French).

Experience in financial services or a direct marketing role (Nice-to-have).

Demonstrated success in high-value sales and business development (Nice-to-have).

Financial planner diploma granted by the Institute of Financial Planning (Nice-to-have).

Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation (Nice-to-have).

Minimum Education
