As an Investment Advisor at RBC Dominion Securities, you will help clients achieve their financial goals while building your own business. The role involves leveraging RBC's brand and resources to establish and manage client relationships, create customized portfolios, and provide comprehensive wealth management advice. This position suits self-starters with strong people and problem-solving skills who are driven to provide meaningful financial planning and advice to high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.

What We're Looking For

Build and maintain client relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.,Manage complex financial needs of clients.,Leverage RBC's extensive investment and wealth management resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans.,Foster trusted, often multi-generational, long-term client relationships using personalized service and advice.,Establish and maintain reciprocal relationships with RBC partners such as Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance.,4-6 years of outbound sales experience.,Comfortable earning 100% commission.,Completed the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) and the Retail Securities Exam (RSE) or will complete prior to start date.,Passion for financial planning and a keen interest in portfolio management.,Strong relationship building skills and an ability to connect with all types of individuals.

Ideal Candidate

4-6 years of outbound sales experience.,Completed Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE).,Completed Retail Securities Exam (RSE) or will prior to start date.,Passion for financial planning and keen interest in portfolio management.,Strong relationship building skills.,Experience in a direct marketing role, financial services and demonstrated success in high-value sales and business development (Nice to have).,Certified Financial Planner (CFP) (Nice to have).,Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) (Nice to have).,Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) (Nice to have).
