Description

As an Investment Advisor at RBC Dominion Securities, you will help clients achieve their financial goals while building your own business within the RBC framework. The role involves leveraging strong people and problem-solving skills to cultivate client relationships, acting as a self-starter, and providing planning and financial advice to help individuals reach their life goals. You will utilize RBC's brand and resources to manage complex financial needs for high-net-worth clients, create customized portfolios, and foster long-term, multi-generational relationships. Additionally, you will establish partnerships within RBC to provide comprehensive financial support to clients.

## Compensation Details

Base salary (initial) and unlimited earning potential through commission and fees. Comfortable earning 100% commission.

What We're Looking For

Build and maintain a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners leveraging RBC Dominion Securities' brand and reputation.,Manage complex financial needs for clients.,Utilize RBC's extensive investment and wealth management resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans.,Cultivate trusted, long-term, multi-generational relationships through personalized service and advice.,Establish and maintain reciprocal relationships with RBC partners (e.g., Personal & Commercial Banking, Insurance) to ensure clients receive comprehensive financial support.

Ideal Candidate

4-6 years of outbound sales experience.,Comfortable earning 100% commission.,Completion of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) and the Retail Securities Exam (RSE), or completion prior to start date.,Passion for financial planning and a keen interest in portfolio management.,Strong relationship building skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals.,Nice to have: Experience in direct marketing, financial services, and demonstrated success in high-value sales and business development.,Nice to have: Completion of Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
