Internal Sales Representative, TDAF

Description

This role is for an Internal Sales Representative within TD Auto Finance, a division of TD Bank. The primary responsibility is to act as a sales and service consultant, building and maintaining relationships with TDAF's dealer partners, driving business development within an assigned territory, and achieving volume targets. This involves providing excellent transactional service and coordinating with external Area Managers.

What We're Looking For

Establish and maintain productive, long-term relationships with TDAF's dealer partners.,Focus on business development in the assigned territory.,Achieve targeted volume production by providing exceptional service and coordinating with the external Area Manager.,Provide high levels of service and use effective sales techniques on a transactional basis.,Employ effective business development & relationship management techniques to assist in meeting or exceeding established volume targets.,Follow up on and provide dealer support for approvals within the assigned territory.,Liaise with the credit and funding departments to resolve dealer concerns.,Design and implement a dealer contact cycle.,Gather and maintain intimate market intelligence for each dealer in TDAF’s CRM.,Monitor and increase TDAF’s registered dealer penetration in the assigned territory.,Monitor and increase TDAF’s submitting and funding dealer penetration in the assigned region.,Provide exceptional and expedient service when called upon by dealer partners.,Oversee the overall relationship with each dealer account within the assigned territory.,Help prepare, validate, and finalize new dealer sign up information.,Communicate effectively to dealers, department management, and other TDAF originations departments.,Communicate product and service changes, promotions, and other TDAF information to the dealer network.,Effectively communicate TDAF competitive advantages.,Develop and maintain strong knowledge of TDAF Credit & Funding policies.,Carry out campaign assignments.,Effectively communicate market intelligence with regards to the dealer network, competition, and economic considerations.,Complete assigned reports for department managers.,Contribute to the success of the business and Marketing department through personal efforts, assisting others, and maintaining a respectful, positive work environment.
