Intern, Warehouse Coordinator

This internship at Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P. is for a Warehouse Coordinator who will support Project Leaders with productivity and continuous improvement initiatives. The intern will assist the inventory team, investigate claims, handle proof of delivery and manifest requests, and work with the planning team to identify and minimize risks. They will also coordinate with carriers and help the shipping office optimize warehouse resources. The internship runs from May 11th to August 14th, 2026.

What We're Looking For

Assist with the Inventory Management System and the IC team.

Gain hands-on experience with the flow of goods and the importance of accurate inventory records.

Learn and assist in day-to-day operations alongside Warehouse Supervisors.

Develop a practical understanding of warehouse logistics and operational best practices.

Analyze current workflows, identify areas for efficiency gains, and collaborate with Inventory and Warehouse Supervisor teams to implement solutions.

Handle ad-hoc requests and Special Projects.

Ideal Candidate

Currently pursuing a Certificate, Bachelor, or Master’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Inventory or related field.

Previous related internship experience (an asset).

Experience in food manufacturing, health & safety (an asset).

Minimum Education

Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Inventory or related field
