Description

This internship at Saputo involves supporting the project management team in the planning, organization, coordination, and administrative follow-up of capital projects across Canadian plants. The intern will help implement and monitor projects, assist in setting up work methods, and manage tasks and budgets from May 11th to August 14th, 2026.

What We're Looking For

Participate in and support the project management team in the planning, organization, and general coordination of projects.,Help set up forms, work methods, and best practices.,Perform administrative follow-up of tasks and budgets for certain projects and participate in presentation documents.

Ideal Candidate

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management, or a Certificate/Masters in Project Management (having completed at least the second year of Bachelor's).,Active in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community.,Previous related internship experience (an asset).,Detail-oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative.,Able to build relationships quickly with team and business partners.,Knowledge of Project Management tools/software (e.g., MS Project) (an asset).,Bilingual (English/French), both spoken and written.,Strong time management and organizational skills to manage priorities and multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
