The intern will contribute to the development and operationalization of IT resilience capabilities within the ITSM and Operations team. This involves collecting and analyzing data from various IT and operations sources, designing and enhancing analytical tools, documenting findings, and identifying improvements for operational resilience indicators. The role supports decision-making and continuous improvement of resilience practices.
Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study such as IT, computer science, analytics, or engineering, with foundational knowledge of technology and operations. Must have the ability to analyze and process data using common tools like Excel and Power BI (analytical languages are a plus), and clearly document results. The ideal candidate should be autonomous, rigorous, collaborative, curious, detail-oriented, and interested in continuous improvement.
