Intern, IT Project Management
Description
The intern will support Saputo's IT Project Management Office (PMO) in various optimization initiatives. This includes utilizing MS Office expertise to update project governance guidelines, delivery methods, and tools. The role involves implementing improvements to project controls, templates, and documentation, as well as supporting testing and data migration for a new project management solution. This is an opportunity to develop skills in project governance, cost control, planning, communication, and problem-solving within a dynamic professional environment.
What We're Looking For
Support the migration of the Project Management Office solution to a new platform, including document organization, file migration, functional testing, creation of learning materials, and support for training sessions for the IT organization.,Test proofs of concept for AI use cases prioritized by the PMO. Document prompts, tests, and results.,Support the execution of the PMO's prioritized list of continuous improvements, including organizing methodological deliverables, creating templates, and collecting reference samples.
Ideal Candidate
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering (2nd or 3rd-year student, or 1st year Master's).,Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).,Experience in AI prompt engineering.,Strong analytical skills to evaluate and review business processes, and to identify and resolve anomalies during testing.,Basic understanding of project finance, with the ability to calculate cost variances and manipulate formulas.,Effective communication skills, both oral and written.,Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
