This role involves managing visual and software production projects, blending creativity, technology, and software with a deep understanding of VFX workflows. The manager oversees strategic planning, production tracking, and multidisciplinary teams to create immersive multimedia experiences for various sectors, including permanent installations and temporary events. They serve as a key contact for interactive projects, offering solution-oriented approaches within technical, budgetary, and creative limits.
Participate in and facilitate requirements gathering, objective definition, and deliverable identification.,Contribute to defining major production milestones and schedules.,Recommend and adapt project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid, etc.).,Participate in strategic resource assignment.,Manage and monitor production schedules.,Plan and manage tasks and hours for internal resources, subcontractors, and vendors.,Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and project scope.,Identify, anticipate, and contribute to resolving technical, operational, or human constraints.,Plan and organize activities for project delivery (UX testing, QA, software architecture, etc.).,Ensure coordination and clear communication among all internal and external stakeholders.,Organize meetings, ensure follow-ups, note-taking, and approval processes.,Anticipate, communicate, and manage changes in budget, scope, or schedule.,Interact with clients when required.,Work closely with a Production Coordinator when required, supporting them in taking on responsibilities and delegating.,Structure, organize, and support the production of documentation.,Ensure compliance with folder structures, file naming conventions, and best practices.,Foster a collaborative, engaged, and accountable team environment.,Contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Interactive Media, Management, or equivalent experience.,More than 4 years of experience in a project management role.,Relevant experience with Agile methodologies and the ability to guide their application.,Experience working in multidisciplinary and artistic environments (multimedia, audiovisual production, events, etc.).,Solid understanding of development pipelines and technologies in interactive media, web, and/or video games (sensors; software such as Unreal, Unity, TouchDesigner, Ableton, Wwise; web and embedded systems).
